PROCESSING SERVICE
We process copper, gold and silver minerals through a flotation circuit. Our plant is currently designed to process up to 18,000 tons of ore per month. An increased processing production is currently being planned by our team to reach a capacity of 30,000 tons per month by the 4th quarter of 2022.
STOCK PILE AREA
Our land has a storage space of 4,000 sqm that can stock up to 20,000 tons of material plus an intermediate stockpile allowing storage of up to 10,000 tons of crushed material.
CRUSHING & GRINDING SYSTEM
The two-stage crushing circuit has currently a processing capacity of 100-150 tons per hour. The crushing system is followed by two grate discharge ball mills of 7’x12’ and 6’x10’ in line.
GRAVIMETRIC & FLOTATION CIRCUITS
We have a high-frequency centrifugal concentrator to separate the free gold particles before the flotation circuit. Flotation circuit consists of three 84"x84" Serrano cells, and eight 67”x67” Denver style cells which can produce 25-30 tons of copper concentrate per day.
TAILING PONDS
A 1,000,000m3 tailing ponds has been constructed on our land.
